We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at kaha.pallavi@gmail.com and we will get back to you.

The product bought will only be accepted for replace if they are intimated with in 3 days after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever.

In case of a size issue the customer can courier the product to us and we can alter it for you. All our products have margins in them. 

Note : Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.

In case of damage :

Any product that has been damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else KAHA will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end , repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.

The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. KAHA will bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
